At Luma Ajlouni DDS, the SmileWell Dental Membership Plan makes it easier to plan ahead for dental care through flexible monthly contributions. Your contributions build a personal dental fund that can be used toward treatment at our office.
Starting at $45/month
Unused funds never expire and roll over from year to year. Funds are non-refundable and membership must remain active to use the accrued balance.
Flexible Contributions:
Choose a membership level based on your dental care needs or select your own monthly contribution. Your contribution is automatically added to your dental account each month.
Use Your Funds for Dental Care:
Your available balance can be applied toward cleanings, exams, X-rays, fillings, crowns, bridges, whitening, cosmetic care, and other dental treatments offered in our office.
